Marilyn MOFFAT

Dr. Marilyn Moffat is a Full Professor of Physical Therapy in the Department at New York University, where she directs both the professional doctoral program (DPT) and the post-professional graduate master's degree program in pathokinesiology.
Dr. Marilyn Moffat, a recognized leader in the United States and internationally, is a practitioner, a teacher, a consultant, a leader, and an author. She received her baccalaureate degree from Queens College and her physical therapy certificate and PhD degree from New York University. She has been in private practice for forty years and currently practices in the New York area.

Emma Stokes
Vice-President of the World Confederation for Physical Therapy
PT, PhD
Dr. Stokes is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Physiotherapy in Trinity College Dublin. Her research interests are stroke rehabilitation, outcome measurement/evaluation and physiotherapy professional issues.
She acts as a professional adviser to the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists (ISCP) and she chairs the committee that reviews applications from international graduates who seek recognition of their qualifications prior to being able to work in Ireland, the ISCP being the designated authority for this function until the establishment of the Physiotherapists Registration Board.
Her book on Rehabilitation Outcome Measures was published in late 2010 by Churchill Livingston Elsevier.
