CONSTITUTION OF THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
ASSOCIATION OF LEBANON
The Ministry of Labour
By virtue of decree 1631 of the 30 / 4 /1984 , and By virtue of article 86 of the Lebanese Labour Code , and
By virtue of the request No = 16/143 of the 24/7/1986 , and
Upon the proposal of the General Director DECIDE THE FOLLOWING
Article 1: The persons with the following names are authorized to constitute an Association named :
" THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS ASSOCIATION OF LEBANON"

Article 2 : The constitutionnal Comettee composed from the above mentionned persons should record the adhesion applications to the Association according to the Lebanese Labour Code's terms conditions, and to call for a general meeting to elect the first executive council of this Association by 3 months from the signature's date of this decision and with the acquaintance of the Labour Ministry's Association departement.
